Excellent Education

It has 83 public universities, funded by the government. Universities offer excellent education at a very affordable price. French universities have quality, with two Paris institutions ranked among the Top 100 in 2011. Moreover 33 undergraduate programs are entirely based in English.

The mobility grant program gives priority to institutions of modest means. It is designed to encourage students, scholars, and faculty to travel to other important institutions to complete their master's degree.

Under the terms of a cooperative agreement between the higher education and research cluster of the Universities de Toulouse and IIT Delhi, Toulouse hosts Indian students who are in Toulouse to study for a semester or to complete an internship. Indian students achieving the best results at the examination sessions of Delf Dalf levels B 2 to C 2 only, are eligible.
